2. Letters of Administration were granted to the Petitioner, Patti M. Tartar,
by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on June 17, 2005.
3. The property to be partitioned consists of a residential lot and dwelling
house in the township of Upper Chichester, Delaware County, PA, known
as 738 Burdett Drive, Aston, PA 19014, as set forth in the deed attached as
Exhibit A.
4. To the best of your Petitioner's knowledge, the property is subject to no
liens, and has not been partitioned or valued for partition.
5. At the time of the decedent's death, the property was owned by Walter W.
Tartar and Margaret A. Tartar, his former wife.
6. The decedent is survived by his wife, Patti M. Tartar, and three sons by his
former marriage.
