WHEREAS, Contractor has undcrtalcen and agreed to perform the construction of a
residential dwelling on that certain parcel of land arcuate in East Peansboro Township,
Cumberland County, desen'bed more frilly on Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, THYS AGREEMENT WTT;'~IESSETH: That the said Contractor,
for earl in considerarion of the sum. of One ($1.00) Dollar i,~ hand paid to it by Owner, the receipt
whereof is hereby aclmowlodged, and the further consic`.leration mentioned in the agreement
aforesaid, for itself and its subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under it or them,
covenants and agrees that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by it or any
of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of
any work done or materials furnished by it or any of than under said contract or otherwise, for,
towards, in or about the construction of the residential dwelling oe the lot above described, and
the said Contractor, for itself, its subcontractors and others under it hereby expressly waives and
relinquishes the right to have, file, and maintain aay mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of the improvements, and agrees that this institmumt, waiving the right of lien,
shall be an independent covaiant.

BEGINNING az a position North 15 degrees 30 minutes V~~ est,111.5 fcet to a point in the
centerline of Brentwater Road leading to the turnpike, at thy: centerline of Farm Lane (aka
Foxcrofl Drive), said point being identified by the Letter C as shown on the plan of Brentwater
recorded in the Recorder's O#'fice of Cumberland County, P~~nsylvania, in Plan Book No. 5,
Page 40; thence Westwardly, South 74 degrees 30 minutes 'al/est, 4l .5 feet, as shown on the
