STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS U'`l - 3'rd7' /)'1(~ `7'g~rl
WHEREAS, Rickabaugh Construction, with offices at P.O. Box 115 St. Thomas,
Pennsylvania, with John Rickabaugh and Dustin Rickabaugh as partners, hereinafter
called "Contractor", entered into a contract with Christopher and Cheryl A. McGowan,
his wife, hereinafter called "Owners", to provide materials and perform labor necessary
for the building of the residential home located at Lot 6, Hammond Road, Shippensburg,
in the County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, being the same premises which, David W. Ketner and Mona S. Ketner, his
wife, t/d/b/a D. W. Ketner Enterprises, Grantors by their Deed dated the 8th day of June,
2006 and recorded in the Recorder's Office in Cumberland County, at Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Volume 275, Page 273 granted and conveyed unto
Rickabaugh Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties,
as part of the said Contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the
undersigned Contractor, any Subcontractor or material supplier, nor any other person
furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under this Contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said
building or any part thereof.
This Stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in
accordance with the requirements of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals
or caused these presents to be executed by their proper corporate officers, and their
