STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, THE ORCHARDS AT MARSH RUN, (Owners), are- about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with RIDGEVIEW CUSTOM HOMES, LLC,
(Contractor), for the .execution of a home situate in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described on the attached Exhibit "A".
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work
on the said building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the making of the
said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to be paid to
Contractor, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any
Subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of vacant land, situate in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with Final Subdivision of
Land (Minor), Edward F. Kessler and Ruth C. Kessler, prepared by Curfman & Zullinger
Surveying, Inc., dated June 15, 2004, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 92, Page 10, as follows:
BEGINNING at a set iron pin along the western right-of--way line of Rockledge Drive (T-
478); thence South 14 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 91.42 feet to a set iron
pin; thence along the dividing line between Parcel "A" and Lot 1 of the hereinafter. mentioned
subdivision plan, North 75 degrees 19 minutes 57 seconds West, a distance of 241.54 feet to a set
iron pin; thence along line of lands now or formerly of Richard H. Fahnestock, et al., North 21
degrees 53 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 93.25 feet to an existing iron pin; thence along
the dividing line between Lot #1 and Lot #2 of the hereinafter mentioned subdivision plan, South 75
degrees 03 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 229.97 feet to a set iron pin, the point and place
of BEGINNING.
