WHEREAS, STEPHEN B. PARSONS and M/GREECE P. PARSONS, of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with CHATEAU
CUSTOM HOME BU/LDERS, /NC, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a building
upon a lot of land situate, lying and being in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
limited in accordance with Exhibit 'A "attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, on June 15, 2007, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the
said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One (~ 1.00) Dollar, to Contractor paid by
Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or land by the contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building,. the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, lying along Pellingham Circ% and being approximately 450 feet west of the
easterly intersection of Heatherington Way and Pellingham Circ% bounded and described as fol%ws, to wit:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly right of way line of Pellingham Circ% (50 feet wide) with the line

distance of 220.57 feet; extending (21 thence North 79 degrees 34 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of
150.44 feet; extending (31 thence North 06 degrees Of minutes 05 seconds West, a distance of 232.13 feet to
the southerly right of way line of Pellingham Circ% extending (4l thence along said right of way line North 83
degrees 58 minutes 55 seconds East, a distance of 150.00 feet to the point of BEGINNING. CONTAINING
33, 952 square feet or 0.779 acres.
BEING Lot No. 47 as shown on a p/an entitled "final Subdivision P/an for Phase 11 and lll, Wentworth Estates"
dated 5/20/04, last revised 8/17/04, Job Number 1001-846, prepared by LSC Design, lnc. York, PA and recorded
in the Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Plan Book 90, Page 17.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to a Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Conditions for Wentworth Estates
Planned Community dated June 3, 2003, and recorded on June 9, 2003, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
