CIVIL ACTION -LAW
JURY TRIAL DEMANDED
COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiffs Shannon Hart and Allan Bishop, citizens of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, are adult individuals who reside in Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant Ring Aru is an adult individual and citizen of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania who resides at 710 Cumberland Pointe Circle, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 17055.
3. The facts and occurrences hereinafter related took place on or about August 6, 2006 at
approximately 6:12 pm at the intersection of Trindle Road and State Road, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
4. At that time and place, Plaintiff Shannon Hart was operating a 2002 Ford Escape in a
eastbound direction on Trindle Road.
5. Plaintiff Allan Bishop was afront-seat passenger of the Ford Escape.
6. At the same time, Defendant Ring Aru was operating a 1995 Subaru Legacy in a
southbound direction on State Road, approaching the intersection of Trindle Road and State Road.

7. Defendant Ring Aru failed to stop at a stop sign, entered Ms. Hart's' lane of travel,
causing her vehicle to strike Defendant's vehicle along the passenger side of the Subaru.
8. The foregoing accident and all of the injuries and damages set forth hereinafter sustained
by Plaintiffs Shannon Hart and Allan Bishop aze the direct and proximate result of the negligent,
careless, wanton and reckless manner in which Defendant Ring Aru operated his motor vehicle as
follows:
a) failure to stop at a stop sign;
b) failure to yield the right-of--way to Plaintiffs' vehicle;
c) failure to keep proper and adequate control over his vehicle; and
d) driving his vehicle upon the highway in a manner endangering persons and
property and in a reckless manner with cazeless disregazd to the rights and safety of others
and in violation of the Motor Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
CLAIM I
Shannon Hart v. Ring Aru
9. Pazagraphs 1 through 8 of the Complaint aze incorporated herein by reference.
10. Plaintiff Shannon Hart sustained painful and severe injuries which include but aze not
limited to neck pain, a cervical strain, shoulder pain, headaches, back pain, and anxiety.
11. By reason of the aforesaid injuries sustained by Plaintiff Shannon Hart, she was forced
to incur liability for medical treatment, medication, physical therapy and similaz miscellaneous
expenses in an effort to restore herself to health, and claim is made therefor.
12. Because of the nature of her injuries, Plaintiff Shannon Hart has been advised and,
therefore, avers that she may be forced to incur similaz expenses in the future, and claim is made
therefor.

13. As a result of the aforementioned injuries, Plaintiff Shannon Hart has undergone and in
the future may undergo physical and mental suffering, inconvenience in carrying out her daily
activities, and claim is made therefor.
CLAIM II
Allan Bishop v. Ring Aru
14. Paragraphs 1 through 13 of the Complaint are incorporated herein by reference.
15. Plaintiff Allan Bishop sustained painful and severe injuries which include but are not
limited to trauma to his right knee, right shoulder, right chest, right bicep, and right periorbital area.
16. By reason of the aforesaid injuries sustained by Plaintiff Allan Bishop, he was forced to
incur liability for medical treatment, medication, physical therapy and similar miscellaneous
expenses in an effort to restore himself to health, and claim is made therefor.
17. As a result of the aforementioned injuries, Plaintiff Allan Bishop has sustained work
loss.
18. As a result of the aforementioned injuries, Plaintiff Allan Bishop has undergone and in
the future may undergo physical and mental suffering, inconvenience in carrying out his daily
activities, and claim is made therefor.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs Shannon Hart and Allan Bishop demand judgment against
Defendant Ring Aru in an amount in excess of Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars, exclusive of
interest and costs and in excess of any jurisdictional amount requiring compulsory arbitration.
