Item 3: If any beneficiary who is entitled to receive absolutely a share of the principal of my estate is under the age of twenty-one (21) years (hereinafter "Minor'), I appoint Minor's then living parent who is a child of mine, or, ifnone, them such Minor's living parent, as Custodian under the Pennsylvania Uniform Gifts to Minors Act, as it may be amended, and authorize and empower him or her to hold and manage such share for the benefit of such Minor during his or her minority, but the authority shall be construed as a power only and shall not operate to suspend the absolute ownership thereof by such Minor nor to prevent the absolute vesting thereof in such Minor. During the minority of any such Minor the Custodian may accumulate all or any part of the net income from such Minor's share or pay so much thereof, together with such amounts of the principal of such Minor's share as the Custodian, in his or her sole discretion, shall deem necessary or advisable for such Minor's maintenance, support, health and education; provided, however, it is my strongest desire and wish that the Minor's share of my estate be used for a college education, post-high school vocational training, or other formal post-high school education of such Minor.
