KREBS individually and :CIVIL ACTION -LAW trading as JUDY'S CABIN CRAFTS Defendant COMPLAINT The Plaintiff, HARRISBURG TELEVISION, INC. d/b/a WHTM TELEVISION , by its attorneys, KODAK & IMBLUM, P.C., brings this action of Assumpsit against the Defendant to recoverthe sum of SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS ($6,360.00), along with interest thereon at the statutory rate from December 26, 2006, upon a cause of action of which the following is a statement: 1. The Plaintiff, HARRISBURG TELEVISION, INC. d/b/a WHTM TELEVISION, is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having its principal office and place of business at 3405 North 6th Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110. 2. The Defendant, JUDY A. KREBS, individually and trading as JUDY'S CABIN CRAFTS, is an adult individual with an address of 123 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055. On or about February 15, 2006, Defendant entered into a written contract with Plaintiff whereby Plaintiff would provide advertising services for Defendant. A true and correct copy of the parties' February 15, 2006 Reserved Participation agreement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. 4. Thereafter, on the dates, in the amounts, and for the prices set forth in a true and correct copy of the Plaintiffs statement of account hereto attached, marked Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof, Plaintiff performed labor and provided services of the kind and description set forth on said Exhibit to the total amount of Six Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Dollars ($6,360.00). 5. The prices charged for said labor performed and services provided were just and reasonable, were the legal and market prices therefor and were the prices which the Defendant promised and agreed to pay to Plaintiff. 6. The balance due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff is the sum of Six Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Dollars ($6,360.00) as set forth on Exhibit "B". 7. Plaintiff frequently demanded payment from Defendant of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, but Defendant refused and neglected and still refuses and F:\USER\ROBIN\CCP&DJ CMPS\CCP COMPLAINTS\N-Z\WHTM 33341.wpd 3 neglects to pay said amount or any part thereof.
