The Plaintiff, FEDEX CUSTOMER INFORMATION SERVICES, INC., is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, having its principal office and place of business at 2005 Corporate Plaza, Memphis, TN 38132. 2. The Defendant, SCOTT GOTTHARD individually and trading as USS Mfg-Dist, doing business as Ringleader Body Jewelry, is an adult individual with a principal address of 15 South Baltimore Street, Apartment 1, Mount Holly Springs, F:\USER\ROBIN\CCP&DJ CMPS\CCP COMPLAINWA-M\FEDERAL EXPRESS\FedExCusdnfoSvcs 33019.wpd: Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17065. 3. On various dates and for various amounts, Plaintiff, at the special instance and request of the Defendants, delivered goods to Defendants as set forth on Plaintiffs Statement of Account attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, to the total amount of Four Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six Dollars and Fifteen Cents ($4,646.15). 4. The prices charged for said services and goods provided were just and reasonable, were the legal and market prices therefor and were the prices which the Defendants promised and agreed to pay. 5. Defendants have failed, refused or neglected to pay the amounts due and owing by Defendants to Plaintiff. 6. Due to the default of Defendants, and pursuant to the Credit Terms agreed to by Defendants as part of Plaintiffs Fed Ex Terms and Conditions, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof, attorney's fees in the total amount of One Thousand One Hundred Sixty One Dollars and Fifty-Four Cents ($1,161.54) have been added to said account. 7.
