and assessed is t e Act of July 18,1935, P.L. 1286. Section 1, 53 P.S. § 2231, as
amended.

Four Hundred, Six -One and 00/00 dollars ($461.00) plus costs.
8. The ti a period for which these charges are filed is April 2006 to
March 2007.
WHEREFOR ,Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be entered in its favor
and against the Defe dant in the amount of Four Hundred, Sixty-One and 00/00
dollars ($461.00) plus costs.
