organized and exi ting in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. Th owner or reputed owner of the property, or party or parties
responsible or lia le, for which this claim is filed is the Defendant (s).
3. Th authority under which the sewer and/or water rates were charged 11 and assessed is th Act of July 18,1935, P.L. 1286. Section 1, 53 P.S. § 2231, as
amended.
4. The a uthority under which this claim is filed is the Act of May 16, 1923
,
P.L. 207, Section 9,! .,t se g. 53 P.S. §7143, as amended.
5. A des ription of the property against which this claim is filed is:

Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055
Tax parcel Number: 42-28-2421-220
6. This cl aim has not been the subject of any previous claim and judgment in
the Court of Comm n Pleas of Cumberland County for sewer/water charges.
7. The tot al amount of the charges for which this claim is filed is
Four Hundred, Seve nty-Eight and 30/00 dollars ($478.30) plus costs.
8. The ti a period for which these charges are filed is April 2006 to
March 2007.
WHEREFORE , Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be entered in its favor
and against the Defen ant in the amount of Four Hundred, Seventy-Eight and 30/00
dollars ($478.30) plus posts.
