AND NOW this 28th day of June, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition for
Grant of Letters for the Estate of Raymond L. Schaffer, deceased, filed by Patricia A.
Wenrich, through her attorney, Lowell R. Gates, Esquire, and the Register of Wills
having certified the record to this court, IT IS ORDERED that a hearing shall be
conducted in Courtroom Number II, Cumberland County Courthouse, at 9:00 a.m.,
Wednesday, August 1, 2007, on a Citation which is issued upon the heirs and
beneficiaries of the Raymond L. Schaffer Revocable Living Trust UtA Dated July 16,
2003, and the associated General Amendments to such trust, to show cause why
Patricia A. Wenrich should be appointed the Successor Trustee and Adminstratrix
d.b.n.c.t.a. of the Raymond L. Schaffer Revocable Living Trust utA Dated July 16,
2003, and the associated General Amendments and, as such, entitled to Letters of
Administration d.b.n.c.t.a.
