MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER CONNECTION
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township, of 1220 Boiling Springs
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor,
James D. Bogar, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim
against Donna Parks, an adult individual, owning property located
at 1280A and 1280B Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs,
Pennsylvania, 17007. Donna Parks is the owner of all that
certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being
more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land situate in Monroe
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being bounded and
described according to a survey made by Michael C. D'Angelo,
Registered Surveyor, dated May 5, 1978, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northern line of Blacksmith
Alley (10 feet wide) at the corner of lands now or formerly
of Richwine; said point being measured 102.50 feet to the
center line of Main Street (Pa. Rt. 174); thence extending
from said point of beginning and along lands of Richwine,
North 19 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West, the distance of
243.60 feet to an iron pin at the corner of lands of Warner;
thence along lands of Warner, North 68 degrees 38 minutes 00
seconds East the distance of 160.10 feet to a point at the
corner of lands now or formerly of Lyter; thence along said
lands South 24 degrees 14 minutes 26 seconds East, the
distance of 164.66 feet to a point on the Northern line of
Blacksmith Alley; thence along said line of Blacksmith
Alley, South 44 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West,
distance of 191.53 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING THE SliME PR~MISES which the Administrator of Veterans
Affairs, by Deed dated May 24, 19.83 and reoorde~ in the
~rla~d County Recorder of Deeds Office in Died Book F,
Voluble 30, Page 749, granted and conveyed unto Donna Parks,
Tax Parcel No. 22-28-2401-010
Monroe Township hereby files this Municipal Lien for Sewer
Connection in the am~/nt of $3,000.00, which connectio~ fee
(second ~onneotion fee) has been duly assessed against Do~na
Perks, a~ adult indivi~l, and th~ real property described
her~$n frasa and On Ma~ii, 2001, and for which sum, with interest
in the e.~.~Unt o~ ten{10%) percent, along with penalties and ell
cost~, l~uding at~rneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed
&gair~t!~e above-deSCribed real property and premises in
accordance with ~he Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as
emended, 53 P.S. 17101, et ecg, as a~ended (Municipal Claims and
Tax Liens).

including the second calendar quarter 2001), which services total
is in the amount of $867.32., which sum was duly assessed against
Robert E. Nace and Shirley A. Nace, husband and wife, and the
real property described herein from the date of eaid billing
statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest
in the amount of ten (10%) percent, along with penalties and all
costs, and including attorneys~ fees, a municipal lien ie claimed
against the above-described real property and prumises in
accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as
amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and
Tax Liens).
