KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, the undersigned, do hereby agree that the ~sets ofthe
Estate of Roger D. Schaffer be distributed in accordance with the provisions ofthis Agreement and the First and
Final Account provided to me; and I do hereby acknowledge to have received this day of and from Chrisann M.
Hatfield, Administratrix ofthe Estate of Roger D. Schaffer, late of Southampton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, deceased, my full net distributable share of all of the property to which I am entitled by reason of
the death of Roger D. Schaffer.
I hereby accept and approve said First and Final Account as stated with the same force and effect as if it
had been duly filed in the Office of the Register of Wills and audited in the Orphans' Court and had been
adjudicated and confirmed absolutely and the amounts delivered and paid to me had been duly awarded to me;
and, for and in consideration of the receipt thereof, I, the undersigned, do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and
forever discharge the said Chrisann M. Hatfield, Administratrix as aforesaid, of and from all liability for any
reason whatsoever arising out of the settlement of the said Estate.
I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to refund to the said Estate any amount which shall be necessary in the
future to discharge any liabilities of the Estate of which the undersigned may hereafter receive notice, should any
such liabilities be found to be due and owing, to the extent ofthe assets being distributed pursuant to this Estate
Settlement Agreement and Release.
