STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
DONALD W. HOSTETLER, JR., CHRISTINE M. HOSTETLER and CHRISTOPHER
REHM, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter collectively called
"Owners", have executed, or are about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract
dated June 5, 2007 with MICHAEL P. GARDNER d/b/a GARDNER CONSTRUCTION,
hereinafter called "Contractor', for the construction of site improvements and other structures
upon land of Owners situate at Lot 2, Greenwood Terrace, Lower Allen Township Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A," attached
hereto and made part hereof.
NOW, this 20'h day of June, 2007, before any authority has been given by the said
Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or to purchase
materials for the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owners and the
further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owners, it is agreed that no
lien shall be filed against said improvements or the above property of Owners by the Contractor,
or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the construction upon
said real property, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Lower Allen, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right of way line of Glenwood Road (50 feet wide), said
point being the southeast corner of Lot 3; thence along the eastern line of Lot 3, North 02
degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 161.89 feet to a point at the northeast
corner of Lot 3 and lands now or formerly of Edward Q. & Janet L. Allison; thence along the
southern boundary line of lands now or formerly of Allison, North 82 degrees 53 minutes 00
seconds East, a distance of 60.21 feet to a point at the northwest corner of Lot 1; thence along
the western boundary line of Lot 1, South 02 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance
of 187.79 feet to a point at the southwest corner of Lot 1 and the northern right of way line of
Glenwood Road; thence along Glenwood Road by a curve to the right having a radius of 289.73
feet and an arc length of 63.55 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 10,524.44 square feet or 0.2416 acres.
BEING Lot 2 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Glenwood Terrace prepared by Hoover
Engineering Services, Inc., said plan being recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in
Cumberland, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 93, Page 75.
