FIRST: I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all my legally enforceable debts, funeral expenses, administration expenses, and inheritance, estate, succession or excise taxes, which I owe or may become due on account of my death, as soon as may be convenient after my decease. SECOND: I give and bequeath my antique furniture in the third bedroom, my clock above the television in the living room, my marble top table in the living room and my Hummel figurine all located in my residence at 6 Tommy Lane, Enola, Pennsylvania, to my brother, MICHAEL PARK, if he survives me. THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, be it real, personal and mixed, whatsoever or wheresoever the same may be situate at the time of my death to my son, BRYCE PARK, providing he has attained the age of twenty-one (21) years at the time of my death. In the event my son, BRYCE PARK, has not attained the age of twenty-one (21) years at the time of my death, I direct that his share of my estate shall pass In Trust as set forth in Paragraph Fourth of this, my Last Will and Testament.
