For dates of death on or after July 1, 1994 and before January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is 3%
[72 P.S. ~9116 (a) (1.1) (i)).
For dates of death on or after January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is 0% [72 P.S. ~9116 (a) (1.1) (ii)).
The statute does not exemot a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements for disclosure of assets and filing a tax return are still applicable even if
the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.
For dates of death on or after July 1, 2000:
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural parent, an adoptive parent,
or a stepparent of the child is 0% [72 P.S. ~9116(a)(1.2)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is 4.5%, except as noted in 72 P.S. ~9116(1.2) [72 P.S. ~9116(a){1)).
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is 12% [72 P.S. ~9116(a)(1.3)). A sibling is defined, under Section 9102, as an
individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

I, DOROTHY D. WIERMAN, of the Borough of New Cumberland,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and
revoke any will previously made by me.
ITEM I: I direct that my Co-Executors hereinafter named shall
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease from the residue of my estate.
ITEM II:
I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain-
der of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, in equal
shares to my sons, WILLIAM D. WIERMAN, DALE L. WIERMAN and MICHAEL
WIERMAN, or to their issue, per stirpes.
ITEM III:
I appoint my Co-Executors and their successors guard-
ian of any property which passes, either under this will or otherwise,
to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a
guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that
this appointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any
fiduciary in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to
the minor or to another for the minor's benefit. Such guardian shall
have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time
for the minor's support and education (including college education,

both graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's
ability to provide for such support and education, or to make payment
for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor or to
the minor's parent or to any person taking care of the minor.
ITEM IV: I appoint my sons, WILLIAM D. WIERMAN and DALE L.
WIERMAN, Co-Executors of this my last will.
Should either WILLIAM D.
WIERMAN or DALE L. WIERMAN fail to qualify or cease to act as Co-
Executors, I appoint my son, MICHAEL WIERMAN, Co-Executor of this my
last will to serve with the surviving Co-Executor.
ITEM V: No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to post
bond or enter security for the faithful performance of his duties in
any jurisdiction.

seised, as of fee, of and in to a certain tract of land, together with the improvements thereon erected,
situate in the Borough of New Cumberland, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Penn sylva-
nia, and more particularly described hereinafter; and being so thereof seised, died on October 4, 2006,
having first made her Last Will and Testament in writing dated January 8, 2002, duly probated and
registered in the Office of the Register ofWiIIs of Cumberland County on October 27,2006, wherein
and whereby she appointed as Co-Executors, the said William D. Wierman and Dale L. Wierman, to
whom Letters Testamentary were duly issued by said Register of Wills on October 27,2006, wherein
and whereby said premises hereinafter described were not specifically devised, all as in and by said Will
and the records of said Register of Wills more fully appears;
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the said Grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand and NOll 00 ($152,000.00) Dollars, which has been paid
to them by the said Grantee at or before the sealing and delivery hereof, receipt whereof is hereby

acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, released and confirmed, and by these present does
grant, bargain, sell, alien, release and confirm unto the said Grantee,
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate, lying and being in the Borough of New Cumberland,
formerly Lower Allen Township, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, known as Lot No.
52, on Bridge Street, near Seventh Street, in the Plan of Martin's Addition to New Cumberland, as laid
out by M. B. Cowden, May I, 1888, the same being more particularly bounded and described as follows,
to wi t:
BEGINNING at a point on the East side of Bridge Street, at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 51 and
52; thence in an Easterly direction along the said dividing line, through the center or partition wall of a
double two and one-half story frame dwelling house, one hundred fifty-three (I53) feet to the Westerly
side of Second Alley; thence South along said alley twenty-five (25) feet to a point on the dividing line
of Lots Nos. 52 and 53 thence Westerly along said last mentioned dividing line one hundred fifty-three
(I53) feet to the Easterly side of Bridge Street; thence North along said Bridge Street, twenty-five (25)
feet to the dividing line between Lots Nos. 51 and 52, the point or place of BEGINNING.
HAVING thereon erected a two and one-half story frame dwelling house No. 611 Bridge Street, New
Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Louise S. Swan and John E. Swan, her husband, by their
deed dated July II, 1972, and recorded July 20, 1972, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book S, Volume 24, Page 564, granted and conveyed unto
John B. Wierman and Dorothy D. Wierman. John B. Wierman died February 14, 1988, thus by
operation of law vesting title in Dorothy D. Wierman, deceased.
TOGETHER with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, streets, alleys, passages,
waters, water-courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever, there-
unto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of her, the said
Dorothy D. Wierman, at and immediately before the time of her decease, in law, equity, or otherwise
howsoever, of. in, to or out of the same.
