KINGDOM PAINTING, Contractor No. o7- ,qOt? WHEREAS, WILLIAM C. KOLLAS AND DIANNE L. KOLLAS, of 850 Kiehl Drive, Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Owner, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, contracts, with KINGDOM PAINTING, 313 East Crestwood Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011, for the prepping and painting of Owner's residence located at 850 Kiehl Drive, Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate in the Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, this 13~ day of August , 2003, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the contract dated August 13 ,2003, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said prepping, painting or purchasing materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner, and the further consideration of One Dollar and 00/100 ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, and intending to be legally bound hereby, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the real property or improvements thereon by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the excavation or construction, the right to file any such lien or liens being expressly waived. 4 WITNESS, our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid. Kollas ATTEST: KINGDOM PAINTING BY: T~ Stowell EXHIBIT "A" BEGINNING at a point on the south side of Kiehl Drive between Lots Nos. 38 and 30, Section No. 5, Susquehanna Hills, said point being 120.0 feet from the intersection of Kiehl Drive and Woodland Drive; thence along Lot No. 30, South 51 degrees 27 minutes East a distance of 150.0 feet to a point on the line of Lot No. 49; thence along Lots Nos. 49 and 48 North 33 degrees 18 minutes East a distance of 117.0 feet to a point at Lot No. 39; thence along Lot No. 39 North 52 degrees 20 minutes West a distance of 165.57 feet to a point on the south side of Kiehl Drive; thence along the south side of Kiehl Drive by a curve to the left having a radius of 300 feet, an arc length of 35.36 feet to a point; thence along same South 24 degrees 33 minutes West a distance of 81.64 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING. BEING Lot No. 38 6n a Plan of Lots recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office as Section No. 5 of Susquehanna Hills for Susquehanna Enterprises, Inc. in Plan Book 18, Page 16. ~' HAV1NG thereon erected a single split level brick and frame dwelling house. BEING the same premises which Susquehanna Enterprises, Inc., by deed dated April 15, 1971 and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Deed Book 24-A, Page 992 granted and conveyed unto the Grantors herein:
