SIGNED AND SEALED IN THE PRESENCE OF EXHIBIT "A" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and. described according to a certain Final Plan of Penn Valley, prepared by Hartmen & Associates, Inc., Engineers and Surveyors, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, dated June 23, 1993 and last revised September 9, 1993, more particularly described, as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of of Blue Spruce Drive (50' wide) at a dividing line between lots #35 and #36 as shown, on the hereinafter mentioned plan; thence along the right-of-way line of Blue Spruce Drive North 80° 14' 45" East a distance of 80.00' feet to a point at the dividing line between lots #36 and #37; thence along the dividing line between lots #36 and #37 South 09° 45' 15" East a distance of 100.00' feet to a point at the dividing line between lots #36, #37 and lots #61 and #62 Plan of Phase 3 recorded in Plan Book 78, Page 114; thence along the dividing line between lot #36 and lot #62 South 80° 14' 45" West a distance of 80.00' feet to a point at the dividing line between lots #35, #36, #64 and #63; thence along the dividing line of lots #35 and #36 North 09° 45' 15" West a distance of 100.00' feet to a point on the southern right-of-way line of Blue Spruce Drive, said point being the place of BEGINNING CONTAINING 8,000 S.F.
