The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim against
Jeffrey B. Hunt and all that certain improved lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 267 Lincoln Street, Carlisle and having
thereon erected a dwelling or other building, bounded and described pursuant to Exhibit A attached
hereto.
The total mount of claim covered by this filing is $579.59, consisting of the following
charges for sewer rental and water rates, along with replacement of a curb stop, plus interest thereon
from the date of this filing at the legal rate:

The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the amounts levied therefore in strict

Hundred and 00/100 ($69,900.00) Dollars, in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said grantor does
hereby grant and convey to the said grantee,
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in the Fifty Ward of
the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, having
erected thereon a three-story frame dwelling house known as and
numbered 267 Lincoln Street, and bounded and described as follows:
ON THE South by Lincoln Street; on the West by property now or
formerly of Henry A. Meals; on the North by lot now or formerly
of Robert Peoples; and on the East by property now or ~ormerly of
Emerson Miller.
CONTAINING Nineteen (19) feet, more or less, on Lincoln
Street, and extending northwardly therefrom at an even width a
distance of One Hundred Twenty Five (125) feet, more or less, to
said land now or formerly of Robert Peoples, on which there is
erected a three-story frame dwelling house known as and numbered
267 Lincoln Street.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Clifton H. Weidner and Mary R.
Weichler, husband and wife, acting through their Attorney*In-Fact,
Mary Jane Santone, by Deed dated August 11, 1983 and recorded
August 11, 1983 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 1-30, Page 199,
granted and conveyed unto Dale M. Carey and Betty J. Carey,
husband and wife.
