Goodlir~ of New CLxnberland, CLlnberland County Pennsylvania. is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with PiaLlbert Hcxfies, Inc. of Camp Hill, Cumberland County Pennsylvania. for the erection of a story building upon a lot of land situate at Lot No. 86 on the P~vised Final Subdivision Plan of the Heights of Beacon Hill, Phase II, being ccnn~nly kncmn as 1645 Lowell Lane. See attached legal description labeled as Exhibit "A". NOW. August 20, 2003 B~ , at thc time of and immediately before the execution of the prin- cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said c'-.qbriel E. Good_].lng and Jody A. Goodlirlg to the said Haubert Hc~es, Inc. to commence work on thc said building, or purchase materials for thc same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Gabriel E. THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in Lower Allen Township, Ch~mberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows: .BEGINNING at a point, located on the western right-of-way line of Lowell Lane, Twenty-five Feet (25') from the centerline of the same, being the southwestern corner of Lot No. 87. THENCE along said right-of-way, along a curve to the right having a Radius of One Hundred Twenty-five and Zero Hundredths Feet, an Arc length of Forty-four and Six Hundredths Feet, following a chord bearing of South Fifteen Degrees Forty-three Minutes Forty-seven Seconds East, a chord distance of Forty-three and Eighty-three Hundredths Feet (R= 125.00', A---44.06', S 15°43'47"~ E - 43.83') to a point on the same.
