to commence work on thc said building, or purchase materials for thc same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Gabriel E. Goodling and Jody A. Goodling and the further

building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of thc material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for thc erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

ALI. THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in Lower Allen Township,
Ch~mberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
.BEGINNING at a point, located on the western right-of-way line of Lowell Lane,
Twenty-five Feet (25') from the centerline of the same, being the southwestern
corner of Lot No. 87.
THENCE along said right-of-way, along a curve to the right having a Radius of One
Hundred Twenty-five and Zero Hundredths Feet, an Arc length of Forty-four and Six
Hundredths Feet, following a chord bearing of South Fifteen Degrees Forty-three
Minutes Forty-seven Seconds East, a chord distance of Forty-three and Eighty-three
Hundredths Feet (R= 125.00', A---44.06', S 15°43'47"~ E - 43.83') to a point on the
same.
THENCE along the same, along a curve to the right having a Radius of One
Hundred Fifty-five and Zero Hundredths Feet, an Arc length of Seventy-five and
Twenty-one Hundredths Feet, following a chord bearing of South Eight Degrees
Sixteen Minutes Three Seconds West, a chord distance of Seventy-four and Forty-
seven Hundredths Feet (R=155.00', A=75.21', S 08°16'03'' W - 74.47') to a point on
the same, in the center of a Twenty Feet (20') wide stormwater easement, being the
northeastern corner of Lot No. 85.
THENCE leaving said right-of-way of Lowell Lane, along Lot No. 85 and within said
stoL-mwater easement, North Sixty-seven Degrees Forty-nine Minutes Fifty-eight
Seconds West, a distance 0fOne Hundred and Zero Hundredths Feet (N 67°49'58' W
- 100.00') to a point on the same, being the common property corner of Lot Nos. $3,
85 and 86.
THENCE crossing said stormwater easement and ~ong the property line of Lot No.
83, North Twenty-nine Degrees Thirty-nine.Minutes Thirty-seven Seconds West, a
distance of Thirty and'Fifty-eight Hundredths Feet (N 29°39'37'' W- 30.55') to a
point on the same, being the northern edge of said stermwater easement and the
common property corner of LOt Nos. 83, 86 and 87.
THENCE leaving said stoL~mwater easement and along Lot No. 87, North Sixty-four
Degrees Ten Minutes Twenty-four Seconds East, a distance of One Hundred
Eighteen and Thirty-nine Hundredths Feet (N 64°10'24" E - 118.39') to a point on
the western right-of-way line of Lowell Lane, being the northeastern corner of said
lot, the point and place of BEGINNING.
