Black of 68 Fairway Drive, Camp Hill is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Haubert Homes, Inc. of 15 Cental Blvd., Camp Hill t'or the erection of a story Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania, building upon a lot of land situate upon premises commonly known as 1519 INVERNESS DRIVE, Township HAMPDEN, CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated t'~,,~o~- ~a, %c~ , recorded at Deed Book , Page , in the Recorder's Office for CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached' hereto. NOW. August 15, 2003 ~ . at the time of and immediately before the execution of thc prin- cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by. the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar. to Contractor paid by Owner , it is agreed that no lien shall be tiled against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. StGNE~ AND SEALED INTHE PRESENCE OF Exhibit A ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING, at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, a 50 foot wide street, said point being the southwestern comer of Lot No. 88; thence along said right-of- way line South 80 degrees 11 minutes 08 seconds West a distance of 80.50 feet to a point, said point being the southeastern comer of Lot No. 86; thence along the eastern line of said lot North 09 degrees 48 minutes 52 seconds West a distance of 123.04 feet to a point, said point being on the southern line of Lot No. 94; thence along the southern line of said lot North 75 degrees 10 minutes 28 seconds East a distance of 80.81 feet to a point, said point being the northwestern comer of Lot No. 88; thence along the western line of said lot South 09 degrees 48 minutes 52 seconds East a distance of 130.10 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING BEING Lot No. 87 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of Fairwinds, Phase III, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Cumberland County, in Plan Book 78, Page 90.
