Rine Builders, a Pennsylvania Partnership, Contractor
WHEREAS, J. Gary Rine and Virginia R. Rine, husband and wife, and
Darrin G. Rine and Loretta L. Rine, husband and wife, legal owners, and Earl L.
Warner and Charlotte K. Warner, husband and wife, equitable owners, are about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Rine Builders, a Pennsylvania
Partnership, Contractor, for the erection of a rancher home upon a lot of land situate,
lying and being in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being
Lot No. G13, on a plan of lots recorded in Plan Book 86 at page 29, and being part of
the same which became vested in J. Gary Rine and Virginia R. Rine, husband and wife,
and Darrin G. Rine and Loretta L. Rine, husband and wife, by virtue of a deed dated
August 11, 1998 and recorded August 17, 1998 in Cumberland County Records, Deed
Book 183 at page 607.
NOW, this '~%'-~ day of August, 2003, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said
Legal and Equitable Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with each other and the further consideration of one Dollar, to Contractor paid
by Legal and Equitable Owners it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building
and or land by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
