PLANTZ & JOANN E. PLANTZ AUGUST, 2003 hereinafter referred to as Owners whereby the former undertook and agreed to construct single family dwelling, in SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" N£WT#E£EF£££ T#ISA£#EE/~£#TWITHE$$ETN: Zhat the said CoNtractor, for and in consider- ation of the sum of Dollar to it in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otheuwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractorm and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of themt and agree Chat this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant. Gutshall, widow, North forty- seven (47) degrees thirty (30) minutes East, Two hundred (200) feet to a stake; thence by the same South forty-two (42) degrees thirty (30) minutes East, One Hundred Fifty (150) feet to an iron pin; thence along lands of Kenneth L. Sourbeer South forty-seven (47) degrees thirty (30) minutes West, Two Hundred (200) feet to a point in the center line of Salt Road; thence by the same North forty-two (42) degrees thirty (30) minutes West, One Hundred Fifty (150) feet to a point at the place of BEGINNING. BEING the same premises which Dwight A. Mundis and Marion L. Mundis, husband and wife, by their deed dated December 31, 1996, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Record Book 151, Page 900, granted and conveyed unto Donald D. Plantz and Jo Ann E. Plantz, husband and wife, Mortgagors herein.
