STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, THE HOMETOWN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION., is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Cumberland Design & Building Company, Inc., for
tenant space build-out at their building located at 14 - 20 North Hanover Street, in Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said HOMETOWN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION to
the said Cumberland design & Building Company, Inc. to commence work on the said building,
or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said Contract with
Cumberland Design & Building Company, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar to be
paid by the Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor,
or any subcontractor, nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor for the renovations at said building, the right to file such liens
being expressly waived.
WITNESS my hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
