LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ERNEST M. CLAY
I, ERNEST M. CLAY, of the Borough of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
understanding, do make and publish this my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I.
I direct that all my just debts,
funeral expenses and inheritance taxes which may become due as a
result of my death be fully paid and satisfied as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.
ITEM II. I give and bequeath all of my
silverware, dishes, crystal, household knick-knacks and
figurines, and any jewelry I may possess at the time of my death,
to be distributed equally in terms of value, to my four nieces,
namely: Lou Ann Fisher of Hummelstown, pennsylvania, Valerie
Holtzhauer of Harleysville, Pennsylvania, Debra Kreiger of
Palmyra, Pennsylvania, and Betty Lou Cain of Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania.
If any of my named nieces shall predecease me, I
direct that the foregoing equal distribution shall be among the
surviving nieces.

ITEM III.
I give and bequeath all of my guns
and hunting equipment to my nephew, Harry James Clay, presently
of Rome, Georgia.
ITEM IV.
I direct my Executor, hereinafter
named, to liquidate all of the remaining assets of my estate and,
from the cash generated therefrom, I direct the following
distribution be made:
A. To my friend, Lois Patterson of Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, I give and bequeath the cash sum of Ten
Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars;
B. To each of my brothers and sisters, namely: Mary
Krieser of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Thelma Milliken of
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Eugene Clay of Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, and Marlin Clay of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, I
give and bequeath the cash sum of Seventy-Five Thousand
($75,000.00) Dollars, subject, however, to the limitation
and condition that, if I do not have sufficient cash funds
remaining in my estate to provide for the payment of $75,000 _
to each of my brothers and sisters, such cash as does remain
shall be divided equally among my brothers and sisters, and, I
subject to the further condition that, if any of my brothers
or sisters shall predecease me, the gift herein provided for
that deceased brother or sister shall lapse; and,
