Dear Judge Oler,
I am pleased to advise you that the parties in the above-referenced action have amicably
come to an agreement to resolve their differences and have entered into an acceptable Settlement
Agreement. This matter is presently scheduled for a hearing on contempt on Friday, August 3,
2007 at 11 :00 a.m. I am therefore respectfully requesting that the hearing be cancelled.
