Hamilton Bank as trustee, to hold it and any additions to it IN TRUST 81 follows:
DISPOSITIVE PROVISIONS
I. Lifetime Trust: Duringour lifetimes, and during the lifetime ofthe survivor of us, our trustee shall keep the principal invested
and shall distribute t~e net income and the principal as follows:
A As much.even if all.of the net income and the principal as we oreitber of us may from time to time direct in writing shall be
paid either to us or as we or either of us may specify;
B As much of the net income and the principal as our corporate trustee may from time to time think desirable for the welfare,
comfort or support of us or the survivor of us shall be applied directly for those purposes if we or the survivor of us is, in our
corporate trustee's opinion, disabled in any way; and
l. Any rernalcll,g net income shall from time to time be accumulated and added to the principal.
II. Disposition at Death of Survivor: Upon the death of us, our trustee shall pay the then.remaining principal and any
undistributed income to the beneficiaries and in the amounts set forth in myLut Will and Testament, provided, however, n05uch
funds shall be used to pay my bequests fora specific sum of money un1es&, and to the extent. that the assets of my estate shall be
__insufficient to fulfill any such bequest. In the event I die intestate, I direct my trustee to pay the entire cor\>Us ofthis trust to my
personal repre,erltative for distribution as part of my estate.
HL Powers Reserved by Us: We or either of us shall have the following powers, exercisable whenever and as often as we or
either of us m<JY wish:
A. To withdraw any part or all of the principal;
R. To add to t his trust upon approval and acceptance by our trustee; and
C. To alter or revoke this trust in whole or in part by a writing.other than a will-delivered to our tru5tee; provided that no
alteration shall increase our corporate trustee'5 responsibilities without its written consent.
IV. Payment5 to Aid in SetdementofEstates: Our corporate trulltee IIhall have the power, but not the duty. to make such
payments from the principal of the trust hereunder all our corporate trustee may think desirable to facilitate the settIeme ntofeach
of our estates. In exercising this power our corporate trustee may pay, In whole or in part, any orall of (i) the decedent's debts, (ii)the
expen ses of the decedent's funeral and burial. and (iii) death taxes (except amerationofikipping transfer taxes) and administration
expenses in connection with the decedent's estate, even tholJlh they do not relate to property becoming subject to this deed;

VI. Management Provisions: We autborize our trustee:
A. To retain and to invest in all forrosof real and personal property (indudillicommon trust funds managed by Hamilton Bank
an/or Philadelphia National Bank and stockorotber 8<<uritiea of Hamilton Bank or of a boldingcompany controlling it),
without being confined to investments autborized by a statutory list and without being required to diversify;
B. To compromise claims and to abandon any property whicb, in our trustee's opinion. is of IitUe or no value;
C To hold reasonable amoun ts of cash uninvested. in any bank or trust company, including Hamilton Bank, for sucb periods of
lime as our trustee deems reasonable for the efficient administration of the trust;
n To hold properly unregistered or in the name of a nominee;

E To borrow {rom anyone, even if the lender is a trustee hereunder, and to pledge property as;security for repayment of the
funds borrowed;

G. To join in any merger, reorganization, voting-trust plan or other concerted action of security holders. and to delegate
discretionary duties with respect tbereto;
H. To pay funds disbursed during tbe disability of tbe survivor of \IS to such person or persons as our corporate trustee may
select (the receipt of such person or persons to discharge our trustee completely as to such payments);
!. To allocate any property received or charge incurred to principal or income or partly to each, without regard to any law
ddining principal and income, as our corporate trustee may think appropriate; and
]. To distflbute in cash or in kind.
These authori lles shall extend to all property at any time beld by our trustee and shall continue in full force until the actual
dis tr! hu t ion of ails ueh property. AII powers, autboritiesand discretion granted by tbisdeed shall be in addition to those granted
by law and shall be exercisable without court authorization.
VII. Compensation: Hamilton Bank shall receive compensation in accordance with its standard schedule of fees in effect while
lts services are performed.
VIII. SItus and Governing Law: Tbe situs of all trusts bereunder shall be in the Commonwealtb of Pennsylvania. and all
questions regarding the validity, effect, or interpretation of this deed or tbe administration of tbe trusts hereunder shall be
governed by the law of Pennsylvania.
