MECHANIC'S LIEN CLAIM
AND NOW comes the Claimant, Kelly Systems, Inc. ("Kelly Systems"), who, by
and through its attorneys, Thomas A. Beckley, Esquire, Thomas S. Beckley, Esquire, and
Beckley & Madden, of Counsel, files this Mechanic's Lien Claim, and in support thereof,
avers as follows:
I. Claimant, Kelly Systems, is a corporation organized and existing under the
laws of tlie Commonwealtli of Pennsylvania, witli a business address of 1213 Paxton
Church Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110.
2. The record owner in fee ofthe Property subject to the lien is Integrity Partners,
L.L.C., a Pennsylvania limited liability company witli a business address of 3314 Market
Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011.
3, The date on which Kelly Systems completed tlie work for which tliis claim is
being made was June 20, 2003.
4. Kelly Systems is filing this claim as a subcontractor under the Mechanic's Lien
Law of 1963. 49 P.S. ~ 1101 et seq.
5. Kelly Systems served as a subcontractor to Kamand Construction. Kelly
Systems gave formal notice of its intent to file a mechanic's lien claim to Integrity
Partners, L.L.C. on July 15, 2003. A true and correct copy of the letter is incorporated
herein, made a part hereof, and attached hereto as Exhibit A.
6. Kelly Systems provided the following labor and materials at the following
prices:

7. The amount claimed to be due is $113,748.74.
8. The improvement and property claimed to be subject to the lien is the real
property (including all improvements thereon) located at 3335 and 3345 Market Street,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and 3344 Chestnut Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011.
True and correct copies of the deeds for tlie properties subject to tlie lien are incorporated
herein, made a part hereof, and attached hereto as Exhibit C.
WHEREFORE, Claimant, Kelly Systems, Inc., claims to have a lien upon the
premises herein described in the amount of $113,748.74, plus interest, costs of suit and
such other and further relief as tlie Court may deem appropriate.

Please be advised that Kelly Systems, Inc., served as a subcontractor to Kamand
Construction, Inc., on your new Integrity Bank located at 3345 Market Street, Camp HilI,
Pennsylvania ("Project").

Kelly Systems, Inc., pursuant to its subcontract with Kamand Construction, Inc., supplied
the labor and materials required to perform the plaster, gypsum drywall and dryvit. A true and
correct copy of the relevant portion of the contract between Kelly Systems, Inc., and Kamand
Construction, Inc., outlining the work performed by Kelly Systems, Inc., is included with this
letter. Kelly Systems, Inc., completed its work on the project on June 20, 2003.

There is currently due and owing to Kelly Systems, Inc., the principal sum of$113,748.74
for its services in providing labor and materials on the project. This letter constitutes formal
notice of Kelly Systems, Inc.' s, intention to file a mechanic's lien claim for its work on the

laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with a business address of 1213 Paxton
Church Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110.
2. The record owner in fee of the Property subject to the lien is Integrity Partners,
1.1.C., a Pennsylvania limited liability company with a business address of 3314 Market
Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011.
3. The date on which Kelly Systems completed the work for which this claim is
being made was June 20, 2003.
4. Kelly Systems is filing this claim as a subcontractor under the Mechanic's Lien
Law of 1963. 49P.S. 91101 etseq.

AND NOW comes the Plaintiff, Kelly Systems, hlc., which, by and through its
attorneys, Thomas A. Beckley, Esquire, Thomas S. Beckley, Esquire, and Beckley &
Madden, of Counsel, files this Complaint in Action Upon Mechanic's Lien, and, in
support thereof, avers as follows:
I. Plaintiff is Kelly Systems, a corporation organiz'ld and existing under the laws
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with a business address of 1213 Paxton Church
Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110.
2. Defendant is mtegrity Partners, L.L.C., a Pennsylvania limited liability
company with a business address of3314 Market Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011.
3. The name and address of the contractor with whom Kelly Systems, mc.,
contracted is Kamand Construction, mc., 203 Lynndale Court, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania 17050.
4. On September 3, 2003, Kelly Systems, as a subcontractor, filed a Mechanic's
Lien Claim in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, at
docket number 02-4298 MLD. A true and correct copy of the Mechanic's Lien Claim is
incorporated herein, made a part hereof, and attached hereto as Exhibit A.
WHEREFORE, Kelly Systems, Inc., demands judgment in its favor and against
Integrity Partners, L.L.C., in the principal amount of $113,748.74, plus interest at the rate
of 1 % per month, a penalty at the rate of 1 % per month, costs and attorneys fees as
permitted under the Contractor and Subcontractor Payment Act. 73 P.S. S 501 et seq.
