AND NOW comes Adam Gordon, Executor of the Estate of Florence J. Gordon, by and
through his counsel, Mark A. Mateya, Esquire, and advises the Court that the parties herein have
amicably resolved the present matter and wishes to withdraw the Petition for Contempt filed to
the above term and number and cancel the hearing presently scheduled for Friday, August 3,
2007.
