Dear Ms. Strasbaugh,
This is in reference to your letter of June 22, 2007 (postmarked June 27) regarding the
finalization of the estate of my Mother, Eleanor M Lopez. I just received your letter following a
trip away from home.
The estate was finalized earlier this year. I understood that the firm that was "representing" my
Mother's estate on my bebalfwould file all of the required documents. Apparently that did not
occur. All funds have been distributed in accordance with the will, taxes have been paid and the
estate account has been closed.
I am enclosing the completed PA. O.C. Rule 6.12 Status Report form, as well as a copy of the
Commonwealth ofPA Inheritance Tax Statement of Account form as evidence of the payment of
all inheritance taxes.
