The car in question was NOT returned prior to the end of the lease but it was BOUGHT OUTRIGHT with the PAYOFF amount remitted to you in full by FEDEX on 15 August by the buyer of the car, Cumberland Valley Motors (CVM). This transaction was handled by Mr. Joe Latsha, their used car manager. As such, the estate does NOT owe Chase any further payments. This transaction would have happen sooner if we (both CVM and myself) had faster responses on our inquiries from Chase. You have an impossible phone answering system that puts people on hold indefinitely and when you finally get through to the party you want to talk to you get their voicemail that they don't respond to. Another problem is that you never have the same answer twice, when I called to get the payoff amount, I was given an amount just under $14,800 while when Mr. Latsha called he was given an entirely different number. It is also clear from the way this letter is addressed that you have no understanding of the circumstances of the situation in spite of the considerable previous correspondence between myself and Chase. It is also noted that your correspondence has no phone, fax, or email addresses. Thank you for your attention.
