D. To borrow money from any person or institution including my Executrix and to mortgage or pledge any or all real or personal property as my Executor in his sole discretion shall choose, without regard for the dispositive provisions of this instrument. E. To compromise any claim or controversy. F. To exercise any option, right or privilege granted in insurance policies or in other investments. ITEM VII - I nominate and appoint my sons, L.
