AND NOW the 1(, day of July, 2007, on motion of John M. Eakin,
Attorney for Delno R. Horner, Jr., Executor of the Last Will and Testament of
Theda J. Horner, deceased, it is ORDER AND DECREED that Glenda Farner
Strasbaugh, Clerk of the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County, is hereby
authorized, empowered and directed to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver a
deed conveying the real estate of the decedent, described in the petition, to Delno
R. Horner, Jr. to be held by him in his own right.
