ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Monroe Township Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an S Rebar (set) on the outer side of a curve of Park Place (S.R.
2008) at lands now or formerly of R.L. Shillito Subdivision and the northern line of
an electric easement as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Subdivision Plan; .
thence along said Park Place (S.R. 2008) Souti~ 31 degrees 27 minutes 56 seconds
West, a distance of 17.96 feet to the southern line of said electric easement;
thence South 31 degrees 2~ minutes 5h seconds bNest, a distance of 415.24 feet to

16.50 feet from ending point; thence along said centerline of Park Place (S.R.

a P.K. nail set; thence following a curve to the left, having a radius of 786.00 feet,
an arc length of 202.55 feet, a cf'~ord bearing of South 23 degrees 18 minutes 02
