WHEREAS, Brian N. Lohman and Karen A. Lohman, husband and wife, of 510
North Earl Street, Shippensburg Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract, with R. A. YOHE REMODELING, of 5~n N . Cyr I ~~ Sh ns ,
Pennsylvania, for the renovation of a one (1) story home upon a lot of land situate, lyi and
being in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more fully described
in the deed from Geralyn M. Saylor, single, by her deed dated the 13th day of July, 2007, and
intended to be recorded among the land records of the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, sold and conveyed unto Brian N. Lohman and Karen A.
Lohman, husband and wife.
NOW, this !~f ~' day of ,~', I., , 2007, at the time of and immediately
before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the
said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with each other and
the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner it is agreed that no
lien shall be filed against the building and or land by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor
by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.
