AND NOW, this 17th day of July, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition for
Citation To Show Cause Why an Inquest Should Not Be Granted in Accordance with
Pennsylvania Orphans' Court Rule 12.8, and of Respondent's Preliminary Objection
Raising Defense of Pendency of Prior Action to Petition To Show Cause Why an Inquest
in Partition Should Not Be Granted, it is ordered that:
1. The petition shall be decided under Pa. R.C.P. 206.7;
2. Depositions shall be completed within 49 days of the date of this order;
3. Argument shall be held on Monday, October 1, 2007, at 11 :00 a.m., In
Courtroom No.1, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
