FIRST AND FINAL ACCOUNT OF
JESSICA B. MILLER, ADMINISTRATRIX
For
ESTATE OF DAVID A. MILLER, DECEASED
Date of Death:
Date of Administratrix's Appointment
Date of First Advertisement
of Grant of Letters:
Accounting for Period
June 14,2005

July 6, 2005
June 22, 2005 to July 16. 2007
Purpose of the Account: David Miller died unexpectedly at the age of forty-nine years.
He died intestate leaving one adult daughter, Jessica B. Miller. Mr. Miller was previously
married to Jeneen Miller, mother of the administratrix. Mr. Miller lived in a small
apartment which he shared with a friend. Mr. Miller had limited assets ($24,054.13) and
numerous debts ($26,735.42), which debts far exceeded his assets. Of the numerous
creditors notified of the death of Mr. Miller, only one filed a claim, that being, Capital
One who held an unsecured debt in the amount of $10,5l0.00.Mr. Miller's personal
property was collected by the administratrix for sale at public auction. The auction also
included the sale of Mr. Miller's automobile whose title was held by Hudson United
Bank. Prior to holding the auction, the Estate was required to, obtain title to the vehicle as
the value of the vehicle exceeded the amount of the remaining lien and also inspect and
repair the vehicle. The administratrix sold a boat and trailer for $8,000.00, but needed
additional funds to pay the vehicle lien. Therefore, the administratrix borrowed a small
amount ($674.61) from her mother, Jeneen Miller. The vehicle was in need of a state
inspection and repairs totaling $1,226.17. Again the administratrix borrowed this amount
from Jeneen Miller. Jeneen Miller also provided the administratrix with funds for the
funeral meal and service. Following the auction these funds were repaid to Jeneen Miller.
The account indicates no distributions as no assets remain in the estate. Of the
creditors found, in addition to the government taxing authorities, only Hudson United
Bank holder of a secured lien on the vehicle was paid. No other creditor was paid, as
there were no funds with which to pay them.
It is important that the account be carefully examined. Requests for additional
information or questions or objections can be discussed with:

* The administratrix was notified during the administration of the estate that these
specific debts had been purchased by ERI Financial Services which shall receive notice
of this accounting even though the figures they claim were due and owing substantially
differed from that of the named creditor. It is assumed that ERI assessed additional
interest and penalties to the account balance after the death of Mr. Miller (Oreck balance
$620.90 and Bon Ton Balance $299.85) Nonetheless when notified that the Estate had no
funds, ERI advised the Estate they were closing these accounts.
