IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the disbursement of funds, as well as counsel fees and
, 2007, upon consideration of the
expenses, are approved as set forth in said Petition and shall be disbursed in accordance with the
terms and conditions of the settlement agreement as follows:
A. Direct payment of$25,335.49 to Matthew S. Crosby, Esq., representing reasonable
attorney's fees of $25,000.00 and $335.49, for reimbursement of costs;
B. Direct payment of the balance of $74,664.51, to be placed in the previously
established Special Needs Trust, in the name of Benjamin J. Ritter.
