PETITION TO CONFIRM A DECREE NISI
Petitioners, Edward C. Leithead, Mary C. Leithead, and Phyllis L. Martin, by their attorneys,
MARTSON DEARDORFF WILIAMS OTTO GILROY & FALLER, sets forth the following:
1. Petitioners filed a Petition for determination of title of real estate in the above-
referenced matter.
2. By Order of December 14, 2006, this Court issued a Decree Nisi adjudging that the
title of the Real Estate located at 221 South College Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania would be jointly held by the Petitioners, each owning a one-third interest in said Real
Estate. A copy of said Order is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A."
3. Pursuant to said Order, the Petitioners gave advertisement of the issuance ofthe Order
in the Carlisle Sentinel legal section one time per week for three successive weeks. A copy of the
Proof of Publication is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "B."
4. Three months has lapsed since the issuance ofthe December 14, 2006 Order and the
advertisement of said Order in the newspaper which took place on December 28, 2006, January 4,
2007, and January 11, 2007.
5. Pursuant to Paragraph 3 ofthe December 14,2006 Order and in accordance with 20
Pa.C.S.A. 93546, the Petitioners request the Court issue an Order confirming the Decree Nisi and

awarding the real estate to the Petitioners consistent with the Petition for Determination of Title of
Real Estate.

Notice is hereby given that Veronica M. LRithead
(Decedent) died on February 7, 1964 af which time she
was seized of real estate located within the Borough of
Carlisle at 221 South College Street, Carlisle, PA. A
petition has been filed by the Decedent's three children,
Edward C. Leithead, Mary C. Leithead, and Phyllis L.
Martin (the Petitioners), seeking a decree adjudging
that the title to the real estate shall be in their names.
The Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common
Pleas of Cumberl~nd County at docket number
1964.2093 has issued an Order the 14th day of
December, 2006 granting the relief requested by the
Petitioners and adjudging thatlhe real estate at 221
South College Street, Carlisle, PA shall be titled In the
name of Edward C. Leithead, Mary C. Leithead, and
