ORDER
AND NOW, this;) ) day of ~ 2007, upon review of the attached Petition
and exlllbits, and after careful consideration of the allegations in the attached Petition and in the
original Petition for Determination ofTitle of Real Estate, it is ordered as follows:
1. Tills Court's Decree Nisi dated December 14, 2006 is hereby confirmed. Title to the
Real Estate located at 221 South College Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more particularly described in Exhibit "1" attached to tills Order, is
and shall be jointly held by Edward C. Leithead, Mary C. Leithead and Phyllis L.
Martin, each owning a one-third interest in said Real Estate.
2. The Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County is directed to index this Order in the
records of the Recorder of Deeds, listing as Grantor Veronica M. Leithead and the
Estate of V eronica M. Leithead and listing as Grantees Edward C. Leithead, Mary C.
Leithead, and Phyllis L. Martin.
