Real Estate
Sale of Real Estate - All that certain piece or parcel of real estate having
thereon erected a dwelling house known and numbered as 4048 Seneca
Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The property was transferred from Kenneth
V. Koch and June D. Koch, husband and wife, to Kenneth V. Koch by deed
dated August 25, 2003 and recorded August 29, 2003 in the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 258, Page 4726. A copy of said
deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The above-described real
estate was sold pursuant to an Agreement of Sale for Real Estate dated June 4,
2007, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Copies of
the deed conveying the real estate, as well as the Settlement Sheet are
attached hereto and incorporated herein. The sale price of the real estate was
151,000.00.
