Zeigler was negligent in the operation of his vehicle which caused injury to his wife and ultimately her demise. 5. William I. Zeigler died at the time of the accident. 6. Sara J. Zeigler's medical bills were paid by State Farm under her first party benefits and the remainder by Medicare. 7. Sara J. Zeigler is survived by her daughter Nancy J. Dellinger who is the sole surviving heir. 8. Nancy J. Dellinger, in her capacity as Testatrix of the Estate of Sara J. Zeigler, deceased, is requesting that the below distribution be approved.
