HomeMy WebLinkAbout07-4254o~ - yas~ M~~ WAIVER OF MECHANICS LIEN WHEREAS, RINE LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation, with principal office at 19 Independence Drive, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, entered into agreement with RINE & RINE BUILDERS, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation, with principal office at 19 Independence Drive, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling house upon each of the following five lots owned by Rine Land Development, Inc., being situate in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fully described as Lots 54, 69, 71, 90 and 101, in subdivision known as Timberland Estates, and being the same which was conveyed to Owner by deed recorded in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Record Baok 280 Page 4728 NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties as part of the said contract and for the consideration herein set forth that neither the undersigned contractor, nor any sub-contractor or materialmen, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to said contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanics' lien, for work done or materials furnished to said building or any part thereof . THIS STIPULATION IS MADE and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas of the 9th Judicial District, Pennsylvania, prior to the commencement of any work upon the ground in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided. ,TNESS the due execution 2v Attest: ~~ J RINE & RINE BUILDERS, INC.
