1. The Plaintiff, MARGARET E. ROBERTS, is an adult indivicjLi~al
ca
who resides at 1500 Taxville Road, York, Pennsylvania 17408. ~ ,
2. The Defendant, JIMMY R. HAMILTON, a/k/a JIMMY R. HAMILTON,
BUILDER, is an adult individual who resides at P.O. Box 416,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. The Defendant, ELHAM, INC., is
a Pennsylvania Corporation with a principal place of business
located at P.O. Box 416, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
3. Plaintiff is the lender and Defendant is the Borrower in
a series of outstanding Judgment Notes used to finance the
construction of new homes built for sale to the public, which may
be referenced by their project, date and principal amount as
follows:

hereby confessed is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 - 17.
4. Judgment is not being entered in this matter by confession
against a natural person in connection with a consumer credit
transaction.
5. None of the instruments have been assigned.
6. No prior judgment has been entered on any of these
instruments in this or any other jurisdiction, however, it is the
Plaintiff's intention to enter judgment in both Cumberland County
and York County, where the funded homes were built.
7. A judgment may be entered under this instrument upon
demand. This has occurred on June 12, 2007. A copy of the written
notice confirming the demand is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference herein as Exhibit 18.

8. The amount due on the note whose Exhibit number is 1 with
a date of 9/12/05 is $39,470.97, p1uM~~~~~~ at the rate of 5%

of the date of filing, plus reasonable attorney's fees, which are
yet to be liquidated.

9. The amount due on the note whose Exhibit number is 2 with
a date of 9/15/05 is $6,430.00, plus interest at the rate of 5% per
annum beginning on the date of the note, totaling $561.08 as of the
date of f fling, plus reasonable attorney's fees, which are yet to be
liquidated.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests your Honorable Court to enter
judgment in her favor in the amount of $6,430.00, with interest at
the rate of 5% per annum, plus reasonable attorney's fees, and the
costs of suit.

10. The amount due on the note whose Exhibit number is 3 with
a date of 10/8/05 is $11,105.97, plus interest at the rate of 5%
per annum beginning on the date of the note, totaling $934.12 as of

a date of 4/10/06 is $4,298.83, plus interest at the rate of 5% per
annum beginning on the date of the note, totaling $253.22 as of the
date of filing, plus reasonable attorney's fees, which are yet to be
liquidated.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests your Honorable Court to enter
judgment in her favor in the amount of $4,298.83, with interest at
