The Defendant, ELHAM, INC., is a Pennsylvania Corporation with a principal place of business located at P.O. Box 416, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. 3. No prior judgment has been entered on any of these instruments in this or any other jurisdiction, however, it is the Plaintiff's intention to enter judgment in both Cumberland County and York County, where the funded homes were built. 7. A judgment may be entered under this instrument upon demand. This has occurred on June 12, 2007. A copy of the written notice confirming the demand is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit 18. Count 1 8.
