Richard C. Snelbaker
44 W. Main St.
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055
Mr. Snelbaker;
I am again asking for an account of my father's estate. I refer to
all the numerous letters I have written to you over the past year to find
out just what you were doing with my father's money, none of which
you ever responded to. I want to know what you sold, the dates of
those sales, and exact dollar amounts. I also want to know what was
paid, and I demand a complete listing of those payments. I want to
see documentation of every dollar spent. I demand that you be honest
with me and thorough. As the primary beneficiary of his estate, I have
a legal right to know just what you have done with my father's money
and why.
I also received a notice from GMAC recently telling me that you
are still delinquent with payments, after you assured me that that loan
would be pain off when the house went to settlement. I have been
informed that that has already occurred. I would like to know just how
long you plan to drag out the settlement of his affairs.
I would also like to know what your plans are to compensate for
the extreme waste of his belongings, and the theft of things that were
clearly willed to me. Many things of great value to me were removed
from the house before I was ever allowed to enter his home. The
executor told me repeatedly that those things were discarded, but I
happen to know that his girlfriend works in the health care field, like
myself, and I don't believe for one minute that they threw those things
away.
I expect an immediate response from you, and I am entering
copies of all letters sent to you at this point into the court records.
Thank you very much for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
Dianne Liberator
