Our File No. 5844.1 Dear Mr. Mumma: At the end of your sister's deposition, we had talked about everyone's desire to keep this case moving forward. To facilitate that desire, we discussed adjourning the depositions to Florida with the proviso that we would get the Court's approval to pay the reasonable transportation costs of the parties. After some effort, we have been able to confirm that both executrixes, George Hadley and Ralph Jacobs, would be available during the week of April 16, 2007, to get all ofthese depositions concluded. From the copy of the enclosed letter, you can see that I have requested that Judge Oler set a hearing with that date in mind. Please let us know if you would be available that week if Judge Oler's decision is rendered in time. That way, parties can at least make some tentative arrangements with their family and business schedules. Very truly yours, MARitSON LAW OFFICES (. \, r' \ ~, George B'. At that time, you indicated that your firm would not be available during the week of April 16, 2007 to conclude the depositions of Mrs. Morgan and Mrs. Mumma. As you know, we had also attempted to schedule the deposition ofthe Accountant, George Hadley, for that week. In that regard, I am enclosing a copy of the Court's Order regarding these depositions. You indicated that you are meeting with the other members of your firm, who are participating in representing Robert M. Mumma, II, and will get back to us with some time where you would have four consecutive days available to conduct these depositions in Florida. By copy of this letter, I am notifying all of the other people who had been holding those dates, so that they can free up their calendars. Very truly yours, ~~TSQ-S IA~/~f~F. CES L. a~ ~B. Faller)r.
