RECEIPT. RELEASE AND REFUNDING AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, JANE G. KELLER, one ofthe residuary
legatees under the Last Will and Testament of V ance B. Grosz, late of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, deceased, do hereby acknowledge upon receipt from Jane G. Keller and Raymond C.
Keller, Executors, the balance of my one-fourth (114) share of estate residue, in accordance with the
Supplemental Statement of Account dated Mav 1. 2007. attached, in the amount of One Thousand
Eighty-five Dollars ($1 ,085.00), in final payment of my residuary legacy under the terms of said Last
Will and Testament.
AND, THEREFORE, I, the said Jane G. Keller, do by these presents remise, release, quit-
claim, and forever discharge the Executors aforesaid, their heirs, executors and administrators, of
and from the aforesaid legacy, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings,
claims and demands whatever, from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of these
presents.
AND, THEREFORE, desiring to avoid the delay and expense ofthe settlement of said Estate
by filing an Account of said administration in the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court of said
County, and by having the balance in the hands of the Executors as shown by said Account
distributed by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Orphans' Court Division, I do
hereby agree that the foregoing statement concerning the matter of settlement may be recorded with
the same effect upon me as if the same had been reported upon by said Court, and a decree of
distribution made on such report by the said Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division.
AND, THEREFORE, in consideration ofthe aforesaid settlement being made without the
aid of such Court of Common Pleas - Orphans' Court Division, I, the said C. Freeman Grosz, do
hereby agree that if any debts or demands other than those included in the Supplemental Statement
of Account of the said Executors of the Estate of Vance B. Grosz, Deceased, as hereinbefore set
forth, shall be hereafter recovered against the Estate of said decedent and be legally payable out of
the same, to the extent of my said distribution, I will return to the said Executors such amount
thereof as may be necessary to pay such debts or demands.
AND I hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County may
discharge the said Executors upon application, without further notice to me.

RECEIPT. RELEASE AND REFUNDING AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, MARK L. K. GROSZ, one of the
residuary legatees under the Last Will and Testament of Vance B. Grosz, late of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, do hereby acknowledge upon receipt from Jane G.
Keller and Raymond C. Keller, Executors, the balance of my one- fourth (1/4) share of estate residue,
in accordance with the Supplemental Statement of Account dated May 1. 2007. attached, in the
amount of One Thousand Eighty-five Dollars ($1,085.00), in final payment of my residuary legacy
under the terms of said Last Will and Testament.
AND, THEREFORE, I, the said Mark L. K. Grosz, do by these presents remise, release, quit-
claim, and forever discharge the Executors aforesaid, their heirs, executors and administrators, of
and from the aforesaid legacy, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings,
