guardianship case.
Called Priscilla at the office of aging, reviewed petition
for guardianship, visited with client at Holy Spirit
Hospital. Interviewed attending nurse, social worker
and physician (Dr. DiMichele). Upon return dictated
memo recording observations and plan for continuing
investigation after the emergency order is signed.
