KINGSBOROUGH and ROCK FIELD, LLC, Owners V HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM CONTRACTING, INC., Contractor : 1N THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF : CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS WHEREAS, JAMES D. KINGSBOROUGH and JANE L. KINGSBOROUGH, husband and wife, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with TIMOTHY D. HOFFMAN of HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM CONTRACTING, INC., for the construction of a home situate in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A", Rock Field, LLC being the current legal title holder to the property and James D. Kingsborough and Jane L. Kingsborough being the current equitable title holder to the property. NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the said property, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to be paid to Contractor, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the property by the Contractor, or any Sub-Contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the construction on said property, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
