STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, JAMES D. KINGSBOROUGH and JANE L. KINGSBOROUGH,
husband and wife, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract with TIMOTHY D. HOFFMAN of HOFFMAN'S
CUSTOM CONTRACTING, INC., for the construction of a home situate in Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described on the attached Exhibit
"A", Rock Field, LLC being the current legal title holder to the property and James D.
Kingsborough and Jane L. Kingsborough being the current equitable title holder to the
property.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said property, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration
of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00), to be paid to Contractor, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
property by the Contractor, or any Sub-Contractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the construction on said property, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

ALL THAT parcel of ground located in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 10 of the Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan for Rock
Field, LLC as recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 86,
Page 134, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the division line between Lot Nos. 10 and 9 of the mentioned
Plan of Lots and on the right-of-way line of Wellington Court; thence South 18 degrees 12
minutes 36 seconds East a distance of 194.37 feet to a point; thence South 71 degrees 47
minutes 24 seconds West a distance of 160.35 feet to a point; thence North 18 degrees 12
minutes 36 seconds West a distance of 204.93 feet to a point; thence along Wellington
Court North 71 degrees 47 seconds 24 minutes East a distance of 72.59 feet to a point;
thence continuing along Wellington Court on a curve having a radius of 370.00 feet, a
length of 88.61 feet and a bearing of North 78 degrees 39 minutes 02 seconds East, 88.40
feet to a point, being the Place of BEGINNING.
CONSISTING of .0747 acres.
BEING a portion of the land conveyed to Rock Field, LLC by deed of Eugene S. Schlosnagle
and Ethel S. Schlosnagle dated March 13, 2003 and recorded in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 256, Page 473.
